Nowadays, NaRaYa has exported the products to several countries around the world. There have been 24 branches of product distribution in Thailand and 13 branches in foreign countries. NaRaYa has proved that even a small business can achieve great success in both locally and internationally.
NaRaYa has supported the entrepreneurs of small-sized enterprises. Most NaRaYa products are superb handcrafts of the skilled labour groups from many provinces in Thailand. This kind of support promoted an integration of people in the village, increased income and generated economic security for the villagers. This support was also seen as a distribution of income to a low-class population or villagers in that they did not need to leave their hometown and go to Bangkok to find their jobs.
NaRaYa delicately selected raw materials, designed the products and provided the trainings for the villagers who were participated in this project. Even though encountering the difficult challenges of trainings in order to attain the products with required standard on time, NaRaYa is a great success example of Thai products, created by skilled labour in rural areas and accepted by many people around the world.NaRaYa participated in the government-supported project, which aimed to promote goods produced in each province, so that the rural families could earn income from their works in their own provinces. Moreover, NaRaYa also participated in the projects of income generating and poverty relief with CARE, which is a non-profit organization. Nowadays, over 3,000 families in many provinces in Thailand created the products for NaRaYa.
After Narai Intertrade Co., Ltd. was established, Ms. Wasna became the important mainstay of the company in terms of creativity. With the sharp eyes for fashion and beauty, Ms. Wasna advised a creative team about choosing the colors, patterns and textures of NaRaYa handbags. This can be seen as an initial success of NaRaYa.
Ms. Wasna is always open-minded and willing to accept new ideas. This can be seen from many NaRaY a products which have been developed into a more variety of appearances and patterns in each year. Furthermore, many different types of materials have been changed in order to be more suitable and modern. This makes NaRaY a products always look exotic and creative.
Ms. Wasna’s success doesn't arise from only the great gift for fashion. Strongly devoted herself to help the villagers, Ms. Wasna is the main person in raising the projects to generate works for people in Thailand. As a result, these people can earn income for their living and can provide appropriate education for their children. Since the initial establishment, NaRaYa has steadily grown and has made a famous reputation accepted widely in the world market. Many significant awards received by NaRaYa can evidently reflect a great success of the company.
